Where did your passion for the world of wellness come from, and what is your relationship with wellness today?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nI have always been connected to the world of meditation <\/strong> and yoga<\/strong>, which I practice regularly to maintain balance <\/strong> within myself. <\/p>\n\n\n\nMy love for yoga began when I was 18, around the time of my first significant professional experiences. Yoga positively influenced my concentration <\/strong> and ability to manage emotions during challenging moments at work. <\/p>\n\n\n\nI strongly believe that mental well-being <\/strong> stems from physical well-being and vice versa, and I wanted to bring this knowledge to the LAQUA Collection<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\nHow does the philosophy of the Wellness Areas change from one location to another?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nEach location is unique, and the philosophy <\/strong> of each wellness area is intentionally different. The wellness area at Laqua by the Lake<\/a><\/strong> on Lake Orta is a hub of innovation and avant-garde treatments, with advanced beauty therapies for body reshaping and detox programs. Its cryosauna <\/strong> cabin, with temperatures from -85 \u00b0C to -95 \u00b0C<\/strong>, offers multiple psychophysical benefits. <\/p>\n\n\n\nAt Laqua Vineyard<\/a><\/strong> among the Pisan vineyards, the wellness philosophy embraces intimacy and authenticity<\/strong>, with a Turkish bath, Finnish shower, and massages using essential oils <\/strong> extracted from local plants.<\/p>\n\n\n\nFinally, Laqua by the Sea<\/a><\/strong> on the Gulf of Sorrento. Here, relaxation tastes of citrus fruits, seashells, and romance. There are exclusive entrances for couples and regenerating rituals, as well as a Finnish sauna<\/strong>, a Tropical shower with chromotherapy, and a saltwater pool heated to 34 \u00b0C<\/strong>. Similarly, at Laqua by the Sea, we use shells<\/strong>, coral<\/strong>, and citrus essential oils from the Sorrento Coast in our wellness suite. <\/p>\n\n\n\nWe consistently choose natural products <\/strong> to provide guests with rituals and massages suitable for all skin types. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\nYou mentioned rituals and massages.
