Laqua Collection’s family has a new hotel
The collection welcomes a new property located in an enchanted wood among the hills of Monferrato, Unesco Heritage: Le Cattedrali by Laqua Collection.

Once again, the entrepreneurship of Chef Cannavacciulo and Cinzia Primatesta brought them towards a facility surrounded by greenery, where the spirit of Nature blends with one’s constant research of wellness and spirituality.
Le Cattedrali by Laqua Collection is a 5 star luxury hotel with a contemporary flair, absorbed in the hills of Monferrato, in Valleandona, close to Asti. Built like a traditional Piedmontese cascina (i.e. country house), the spaces that compose the hotel are carefully studied to be in harmony with the natural surroundings, taking from its warm and welcoming colors. The guests will have 13 rooms and suites to choose from, being the most intimate 43 sqm (460 sqft) and the largest 133 sqm (1430 sqft). A philosophy, that of elegant and essential furniture, that resonates with all homes of Laqua Collection and creates a fil rouge that connects them all, making them a cohesive hospitality group.
The park that surrounds the hotel is perfect for both moments of relaxation and entertainment, thanks to the heated swimming pool and the open air theater. Sports and comfort are two more characteristics of our outdoor area, with a Padel and Pickleball court and a helipad for guests to use. To enrich the leisure offer, finally, an immersive wellness area with sauna, steam bath and Vitarium can be used during the whole stay.
Chef Cannavacciuolo’s cuisine captivates Monferrato
The signature of Chef Cannavacciuolo could not miss in the hotel’s restaurant, who will be the multi-Michelin-starred Chef seventh restaurant. The Cannavacciuolo Le Cattedrali restaurant, lead by the Executive Chef Gianluca Renzi, has promised to offer clear-cut dishes, that tell the story of the territory enhancing the most refined local ingredients, with the elegance and gourmet touch that identifies Cannavacciuolo’s philosophy.
With two tasting menus (“Shades” and “Hit the Road”) and à la carte dishes, the restaurant celebrates the most authentic flavors and boldest pairings. Two special proposals for Saint Valentine’s day and Easter enrich the restaurant’s offer.
